Who is Raine Thomas?

I am a qualified humanistic counsellor and self-awareness coach based in Worthing, West Sussex. I work with people who are experiencing emotional difficulties, as well as those who feel lost, stuck, or unsure of their place in the world and want to reconnect with themselves.

My work involves gently exploring what is happening in your life, helping you understand patterns, emotions, and relationships more clearly. Through counselling and self-awareness coaching, we can work towards healthier boundaries, improved self-esteem, and a greater sense of calm and confidence in everyday life.
